The Phoenix Suns added an eighth game to their NBA-best win streak last night with a 113-94 win over the unfocused Clippers, reports the Arizona Republic. For the Suns the victory was a team effort that included three double-doubles; for the Clippers, the loss battered the team's already depleted ranks.

Amare Stoudemire lead Phoenix's scoring with 29 points and 11 rebounds, helped out by Shawn Marion's 21 points and 17 boards, and Steve Nash's 20 points and 10 assists. Sam Cassell put together some solid scoring with 26 points for the Clippers, but did not play in the fourth quarter. Three other Los Angeles players were on the court despite mild injuries.
