It gives new meaning to the term "killer heels": A Georgia woman has been charged with murder in the death of her boyfriend—who she allegedly killed using a stiletto heel. Authorities believe Thelma Carter, 46, struck 58-year-old Robert Higdon with the spiky shoe after a fight they had Sunday evening. Carter called authorities herself upon returning to their trailer yesterday morning. Investigators aren't sure how many times Higdon was struck; an autopsy has been scheduled for today.
