(AP) – A Malaysian man is suing his former fiancee for more than $360,000 for leaving him just six hours before their wedding. Masran Abdul Rahman and his family were distressed and deeply embarrassed when Norzuliyana Mat Hassan called off the June wedding at the last minute. Masran, 32, had invited 1,200 guests to the reception and is seeking compensation for damages and defamation from Norzuliyana and her father. His lawyer said the would-be bride didn't give any reason for backing out of the arranged marriage.

Norzuliyana didn't give any reason for backing out of her arranged marriage, but left only six hours before the ceremony.

Hmmm, renting the reception hall, inviting all those guests and she backs out six hours prior? I don't blame the guy for being ticked.  I just hope the girls dad's got some serious money that he can blow and that she's the favorite daughter.

Bride did not give a 'reason' to get out of the 'arranged' marriage! Is this man an idiot? what part of 'arranged' he did not understand?
