Perry: Bernanke Printing More Money 'Almost Treasonous'

Bernanke would be 'treated pretty ugly' in Texas, GOP hopeful warns

(Newser) – Federal Reserve chief Ben Bernanke will be no better than Benedict Arnold if he embarks on a third round of tinkering with the money supply between now and the election, Rick Perry told a Republican rally in Iowa yesterday. "If this guy prints more money between now and the election, I don’t know what y’all would do to him in Iowa, but we would treat him pretty ugly down in Texas," Perry said. "Printing more money to play politics at this particular time in American history is almost treacherous—or treasonous in my opinion," added the candidate.

Bernanke, appointed by George W. Bush in 2006, has already tried two rounds of buying Treasury bonds to inject more money into the economy, the Wall Street Journal notes. At the Iowa rally, Perry also took aim at President Obama for never having served in the military. "The president had the opportunity to serve his country. I’m sure at some time he made the decision that isn’t what he wanted to do," said Perry, who flew C-130s in the Air Force.

Texas stands to be affected the most as the situation in Mexico continues to destabilize; Didn't it come out that the Justice Department  and the CIA were running guns to competing drug cartels to help the current Calderon administration in Mexico stay in power? If I was governor Perry an  had a powder keg sitting on my border with half hearted attempts on the part of the Federal government to enforce border control i would be pissed off too. But we know that just a cover; Everyone in the drug trade makes money including Rick Perry and a shitload of Texans; Perry is probably pissed off because some of that drug money goes to the Fed, he probably wants a bigger cut hence his threat to secede.

Here is a brief explanation which is not as complex as it appears. If you print money that does not exist, as the United States first did, and is now copied by the Euro, you force everyone else to do the same thing. This results in a new condition no one has ever seen before, an inflationary depression. Consequently, no one knows what to do about it. However if this were your house, you could not print more money, you would just cut back. This simple solution seems to elude all the politicians of the world who are used to the bureaucratic gravy train. Yes, this is more rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic, and will soon be meaningless as the economies of the world crash even before Pole Shift. Contrary to what most people think, controlling the wealthy politicians of the world is like herding cats and not possible, even by those who most call the puppetmasters: the Rothschilds. These wealthy politicians look at the other wealthy politicians and copy them. Printing more money is like riding the last Pony Express pony until it dies on the trail. Ooops, now what? But it is too late to fix. But, as there are 5 races and 5 senses, it is a 'white' thing to do. White people say they don't care what is happening, as long as it 'looks', [sense of sight], like everything is ok, that it 'looks' like all that can be done is being done. Other races use the phrases such as it smells bad, sounds bad, tastes bad or feels bad. But white people don't want to 'look bad'. I think these wealthy politicians are going to 'look' really good under water!

By "treat him pretty ugly," he means like Henry Smith in 1893, or James Byrd in 1998.
