Doesn't matter who Powell votes for,because other races of people are the ones who put obama in office. Blacks make up 13% of the population(that includes babies/children/teens,the imprisoned,homeless etc.who can't vote and/or won't vote,which means black registered voters are very very small percentage.  Ps there are also historically die hard black republicans believe it or not.
