Now Hiring: Chief Gardener for Queen's Castle

One perk: Live on 50K-acre estate

(Newser) – The Queen of England doesn't post much on Craigslist, but she's got a job vacancy that needs filling: Chief gardener at Balmoral Castle in Scotland. Elizabeth II wants someone who's driven, can manage others, and won't need much supervision. Presumably you also have to be capable of gardening. The privately owned estate spreads across 50,000 acres and has been in the royal family since 1848, when Queen Victoria snapped it up. Get the job and you'll live like a queen—right on the grounds, the AP reports.

A good job for Obama next year--plenty room to work on his swing. Michelle likes a bit of grubbing in the dirt too, it seems.

Sounds interesting enough. i am out of work at the present moment, have little to some experience. Love to beautify surroundings, and always try my best. Unfortunately, its not always appreciated. Willing to learn, that I do not know. Especially from well seasoned lovers of roses, and other scented perennials. Are roses perennials???...lol Great at the Playstation, if and when I ever have time off, and love a late night pasta dish before bed...  You can contact me at; jjames6996@hotmail.com or on Facebook under my name, Jesse James. Heck, if you haven't got it by now, willing to do just about anything to make a buck, and seeing how things are pretty bleek here, may as well go somewhere else. Just have to blow up my water wings...lol  Seriously!!!  Love you Lots and God Bless!!! ;-P

I think the Queen might be in luck, I hear say that Moammar Gadhafi might be available. He'll probably work for peanuts.
