Rick Santorum has complained to Google about his Google problem—without success. Sex columnist Dan Savage long ago ensured that the top Google result for a search of "santorum" is a page defining the word as a graphic term relating to anal sex, something Santorum says Google could fix if it wanted to, Politico reports. "I suspect if something was up there like that about Joe Biden, they’d get rid of it,” Santorum says. “If you're a responsible business, you don't let things like that happen. To have a business allow that type of filth to be purveyed through their website is something that they say they can't handle, but I suspect that's not true."

Google responds that anyone who wants "content removed from the Internet should contact the webmaster of the page directly." Savage, however, seems unlikely to grant Santorum's request to get rid of the offending site. He has vowed that if the candidate engages in any more gay-bashing during the 2012 campaign, he'll redefine "Rick" as well. (More Rick Santorum 2012 stories.)
