Michael Lohan was arrested just after 1am today on suspicion of domestic violence charges, and is currently cooling his heels in a Tampa jail, TMZ reports. Police confirm that the reported fight was between Lohan and none other than Kate Major, who also accused him of abuse last year (and who graduated from the Jon Gosselin hall of fame). TMZ's initial report refers to Major as Lohan's live-in girlfriend, but a truly, truly gross update seems to call that into question: According to the police report, Lohan came over to Major's apartment last night and got violent when she refused to "give him a bl*w job."
Major says Lohan was yelling at her about an upcoming court hearing in another domestic violence case when he started getting physical with her, including threatening to kill her. But Lohan says he and Major were actually headed to court today to drop her restraining order against him, and that the fight was provoked by a sexual encounter; Lohan is only too happy to spill the details, including where he was and wasn't supposed to ejaculate. One last tidbit: Lohan complained of chest pains after his arrest and was taken to a hospital … from which he attempted to escape, to no avail. (And in other hot-mess Lohan news...)
