Huntsman Picks 'Popcorn' Over Trump Debate

Candidate will pass on the Donald's GOP forum

(Newser) – Donald Trump may be hosting a Republican debate later this month, but Jon Huntsman for one wants no part of it. "We look forward to watching Mitt and Newt suck up to The Donald with a big bowl of popcorn," a spokesman tells Business Insider. Trump tells Fox News he doesn't care because Huntsman isn't a "serious candidate." Ever the ratings-conscious showman, the Donald also says he might just endorse someone after the Dec. 27 debate, notes Media Matters. (Click for the Huntsman daughters' latest video.)

Huntsman is the only sane GOP candidate running. The GOP party loves bat shit crazies, he'll never get the nod. The Trump circus should be great fun,but the Donald will spend most of the time talking. It's all about his ego, popcorn sales will skyrocket.

Trump tells Fox News he doesn't care because Huntsman isn't a "serious candidate." Serious candidate for what? Trump's brand of self promoting reality TV? I can go along with that. Enjoy the popcorn and the laughs Jon.
