Man Who Found Remains Sues Casey Anthony

Roy Kronk alleges defamation

(Newser) – Casey Anthony is apparently nowhere near done with the courts. The meter reader who found Caylee's remains has sued her for defamation, reports the Orlando Sentinel. Roy Kronk says her lawyers tried to pin the blame on him after he made the discovery, and he points out a logical contradiction: If Anthony was telling the truth in court that Caylee drowned in the family pool, why did she let her lawyers smear his name publicly and suggest he kidnapped the girl?

For the record, Kronk's is the third suit to be filed against Anthony since her acquittal. She's also being sued for defamation by Zenaida Gonzalez, who happens to have the same name as the apparently fictional nanny that Anthony told police abducted her child. And a Texas company that searched for Caylee for months under the assumption she was alive wants to be reimbursed for the futile effort.

He makes an interesting point and her claim that he kidnapped the girl, if she "knew" the kid had drowned in the family pool, is obviously slanderous. She's in trouble.  She either slandered this guy, or she lied in court.

Another parasite crawls out of the Florida swamp to bite the soft, smooth, shapely, softly-scented ankles of charming Casey Anthony. Let's pause and wish her Merry Christmas, and all the best in 2012.
