Joe the Plumber Is Endorsing ...

Joe the Plumber is running for Congress as a Republican in Ohio, but he's not endorsing any of the GOP candidates for president because his favorite is no longer in the race—Herman Cain. Just like Cain, Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher (aka "Joe the Plumber"), says he supports the idea of handing more power to the states, a 9-9-9-esque flat tax, and politicians who don't make a career out of serving, reports the Daily Beast. “Political experience means experience in screwing you,” he said. “I’m not an ambiguous person. I speak my mind. A lot of people don’t do that anymore.”

“The media throws up somebody and says this could be it," Wurzelbacher said, referring to Cain. "They give him a week, he raises money, and then they tear him down.” But "Joe" will have a tough fight ahead: Even if he scores the Republication nomination, he will face either longtime Democratic Reps. Marcy Kaptur or Dennis Kucinich (pending a redistricting-related March primary) in November's election. (More Joe the Plumber stories.)
