(Newser) – Dissing Whitney Houston has earned Los Angeles radio hosts John Kobylt and Ken Chiampou a week-and-a-half in the penalty box. KFI suspended the popular duo after they poked fun at Houston's drug problems. "At some point you're just sick of it all, and so is everybody else in the industry," they said. "It's like, 'Ah Jesus, here comes the crack ho again, what's she gonna do?'" John and Ken apologized for using "inappropriate language."

The duo have often been criticized for making anti-Latino remarks. The suspension "looks like a PR stunt to garner John and Ken even more notoriety than they already have," writes Simone Wilson at LA Weekly. "Because personalities this infamous can only get bigger by diving further down the toilet hole."

Palin was never called a crack ho.   I have seen other celebs do WORSE like Lindsay Lohan and YET never have I seen anyone refer to her as a "meth ho" though she was a a heavy meth user and a thief. Just like Fox refered to Obama's WIFE as his "baby mama" though they have been married for close to 20 years and had their children in wedlock.  Or Don Imus'  "Nappy headed Ho" comment when there is no public record of these college women being sexually loose. People love to complain  when someone holds people accountable for their racist  comments as if black people are just bitching  to get attention when the reality is they (the idiots doing the insulting) just don't want to be held accountable for their behavior. And as far as your stupid comment about people being upset abut  "telling  the truth" about a black or a woman? here is the problem many times it is not the truth, it is a racially or sexually charged biased opinion, and opinions are not necessarily TRUTH! I think personally you want to go back to the good old days of the 50's  and before where whites could call call blacks N*****S or other names worse than "crack ho" and get applause and cheers instead of being fired or sued. The days where they could lynch people like Whitney from the highest tree on Saturday and sing about the wonders of their saviors love on Sunday as they wipe the blood from their hands on their hoods. And those of you quick to agree to call her a crack ho really need to educate yourselves before you agree with the insults, theologian1 said it best: #1 she never used "crack" #2 she never sold her body, so she was never a crack ho. #3 you obviously don't know what freedom of speech means.
