New Jersey caught a break when it last played Cleveland, as star LeBron James missed the game. This time James was in the lineup and scored 29 points but the result was the same as New Jersey won, this time 105-97, reports The New York Times. • The Clippers overcame a sloppy first half with a late fourth quarter run to defeat Memphis. Chris Kaman and Corey Maggette each had 23 points.
