(Newser) – Today's Horrible Way to Die: A 56-year-old man was buried yesterday under 20 feet of pinto beans at the warehouse where he had worked for more than 12 years. For an hour, dozens of rescue workers "moved several tons of beans to get to him," says an official, but Raymond Segura Jr was ultimately found dead at the Colorado Kelley Bean Company facility. Four inmates from the county jail assisted in the rescue attempt, Reuters notes. The cause of the accident is not yet known.
