(Newser) – Casey Anthony has apparently found God. The acquitted onetime-murder-suspect is starting a "new chapter in her life," says a source, "a new beginning." And that involves embracing religion: The 26-year-old "has planned to get baptized sometime this month," the insider tells Radar. "Casey believes that Caylee is with God now and wants to ensure her own salvation so that she'll see her daughter again someday."

Isn't it curious that so many convicted criminals all of a sudden discover 'god' and somehow expect that whatever it was they did will be forgotten?

if she thinks getting baptized is going to save her soul she's wrong. she doesn't have one. she will be punished in this life or the next.
