Kris to Kim: No Divorce Til You Admit It Was a Sham

(Newser) – The Kim Kardashian-Kris Humphries divorce process has now officially lasted more than twice as long as the marriage itself, and there is no end in sight. Kris won't give Kim a divorce, sources tell the New York Post—and, though Kim's people are spinning it as a grab for more settlement money, Humphries says it's actually about principles. "Kris wants Kim to admit to fraud, to admit the whole thing was staged for publicity, to make a public apology to him because he really wanted a marriage," an insider says.

In fact, Humphries actually turned down a $7 million offer from the Kardashian Kamp for him to "shut up and go away," friends say, noting that Kardashian is attempting to spin herself as the victim. "Her camp is putting out stories about 'Kim’s divorce hell' hoping he’ll cave in, but he won’t," says one. To bring you up to speed, Kardashian filed for divorce but Kris filed for an annulment based on fraud, and he also wants to know exactly how much money Kardashian earned during their 72-day union.
