(Newser) – Clarence Thomas thinks that his fellow Supreme Court justices asked too many questions during the recent oral arguments over health care—and that they ask too many questions, period, reports AP. "I don't see where that advances anything," Thomas told an audience at the University of Kentucky last night. "Maybe it's the Southerner in me. Maybe it's the introvert in me, I don't know. I think that when somebody's talking, somebody ought to listen."

Thomas, who is notorious for being silent during court hearings, drew applause from the crowd as he criticized his colleagues' habit of of interrupting lawyers. "We have a lifetime to go back in chambers and to argue with each other," he said. "They have 30, 40 minutes per side for cases that are important to them and to the country. They should argue. That's part of the process."

Well one thing i can say is,that they need to care enough about this country to read the whole bill or garbage that Obama has thrown in every Americans face to try to be forced to take! yes! read it! if they do not want to read it,they need to pay a few people to read it that will mark the unconstitutional passages.Which are many through it.I have read much of it. People are not using their head at all! And people that think this bill is okay are lost! don't you know this would give them complete control of your doctors and your healthcare and your medication and even may enforce medication on people. You just are not looking at the whole picture.Just the frame! wake up! you have been a sleep too long. This is not the only issue with Obama! In the bill it states that the Gov. will be able to determine your end of life issue, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I8wmN3wvhNM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8L3f4dfTbpU The truth is Obama is trying to over throw our laws and our Judges and enforce his own laws apon a free country with free choices! Am sorry for all the Democrats that just do not get it! we have laws! these laws are not republican or democrat laws! they are laws for the good of this nation and for what this country stands for.I see how Obama is purposely stirring up strife,The American people need to see this also and we all need to stand together and not be used by Obama for his own agenda which is not for this country.

Why waste time asking questions when you knew how you were going to rule on every case the day you were confirmed. What a waste of a mind.
