Gingrich: No, I'm Not Dropping Out, Too

Newt asks Santorum backers to support him now

(Newser) – Rick Santorum may be done, but Newt Gingrich isn't going anywhere. In fact, now that Santorum's supporters have lost their candidate, Gingrich "humbly" asks them to look his way. “I am committed to staying in this race all the way to Tampa so that the conservative movement has a real choice," he said in a statement. He praised Santorum for waging a "remarkable campaign" and called it in part a testament to the "power of conservative principles." BuzzFeed notes that Gingrich changed his Facebook cover photo to call himself the "last conservative standing."

"The last conservative standing..."? ...And then when Romney is chosen suddenly all will be forgiven?  or are you going to take all the "real conservative voters' out of the race with you? I suppose no harm in it for Newt - he's at the end of his career anyway - might as well go out pissing everyone off...
