Here’s the top ten:

  2. Madison, WI
  3. Cambridge-Newton-Framingham, MA

  1. Baltimore-Towson, MD
  2. Akron, OH
  3. Columbus, OH
  4. Albany-Schenectady-Troy, NY
  5. Syracuse, NY
  6. St. Louis, MO
  7. Ann Arbor, MI
