Actor supports higher taxes for the rich

(Newser) – President Obama has another high-profile backer of his call for higher taxes on the wealthy: Will Smith. "I'm very supportive of that idea," Smith told the AP while promoting Men in Black III, for which he earned an estimated $20 million. "America has been fantastic to me. I have no problem paying whatever I need to pay to keep my country growing."

OK Will. We'll take your $30 million and throw it on the bonfire of $400 billion annual interest we're paying on the national debt--cool? That will pay off approximately 10 minutes of interest. THANKS!!! I'm glad that we all can agree that you could have done nothing more useful with your own money than burn it.
