(Newser) – Will Smith was quick to clarify to David Letterman last night that he "didn't beat up" the Moscow journalist who tried to kiss him. But seeing as Smith was caught on video slapping the reporter, Letterman had to get the story. "He says, 'I'm your biggest fan, can I have a hug?'" Smith explained on the Late Show. "So I go to give this joker a hug, and he like, tries to lean in to like, kiss me! … It was just awkward, Dave," he concluded. "They were like, 'Oh, no, we’re sorry, you know. It’s just his shtick, you know.' And I said, 'Well, that’s why his a** got schtuck.'" Click to see the original video.

You guys have been a lot of fun, and no fun at all. Communicable diseases? Pretending being kissed is just the worst possible thing that could have happened? Some saying that he deserved a far worse beating? You people are sick in the head.

The thing to do to ruin this guys schtick and his career (especially in uber homophobic Russia) would be to grab him back and do some serious deep tongue action. Of course, you'd have to be an actor willing to do this super edgy kind of thing. I'm thinking Zach Galafianakis or Jack Black.

Oh my god! Some Commie raped Will Smith. “It’s just awkward, Dave.” Translation: I grew up on the streets, Dave, where black people are homophobic bigots. Bottom line, Will admits to assaulting the reporter.
