French doctors told him he had suffered a concussion, and should take it easy and keep someone nearby as he recovered, reports Reuters.

The singer is under investigation for possible assault in a recent confrontation with a photographer. Earlier this week, several fans were injured in a girl-crush at a free Bieber concert in Norway.
