George HW Bush usually keeps to himself—but in an HBO documentary airing tonight, he doesn't mince words regarding formal rival Ross Perot. When documentarian Jeffrey Roth asks Bush if he'd be willing to comment on Perot, Bush refuses, then adds: "I think he cost me the election and I don't like him," according to Mediaite. As for Bill Clinton, Bush says he believes the media wanted Clinton to win, "and that makes a huge difference." The film, called 41 and narrated by the former president himself, follows his life from childhood to today, USA Today reports. (More George HW Bush stories.)
