No, it's not Guido. It's not even that weird. Snooki is naming her baby boy Lorenzo. "I think we're going to go with Lorenzo," she says. "It's my boy, if you don't like it, pfffft." She also tells Z100 that it was no problem giving up drinking for the surprise pregnancy with baby daddy Jionni LaValle, saying the only time she drank anyway was on the Jersey Shore for "vacation." As for the pregnancy, and coming motherhood, "I'm a baby still. I'm still growing up and learning things," says Snooki. What else? "I feel like crap," she explains. Snooki turned up with Jenni JWoww Farley to promote their new reality show, Snooki & JWoww, which premieres on MTV tonight.
