(AP Photo/dapd, Joerg Koch) (Newser) – Never liked Facebook's @facebook.com email address enough to use it? Well Facebook just changed your mind for you, making it the default email account listed on your profile. The folks at Gizmodo are fuming, and show how to undo Big Brother's handiwork. Just go to your Timeline, click "About" below contact info, scroll down to "Contact Info" and click "Edit." For each email you want visible, change the crossed-out circle symbol to a full circle; vice versa for ones you don't want listed. Gizmodo can't resist poring over Facebook's official announcement (or "non-explanation") about the change. A Facebook spokesperson said the site was "rolling out a new setting that gives people the choice to decide which addresses they want to show on their timelines." Gizmodo sees it a little differently: "Facebook, it's probably safe to say that the way we all had our things before was the 'choice' we made," the site fumes. "This wasn't about choice. ... You chose for us." Click for the full article.
