(Newser) – Sonya "The Black Widow" Thomas devoured a record 45 hot dogs to win her second straight championship in the women's half of the Nathan's Famous Fourth of July International Hot Dog Eating Contest today, CNN reports. The total beats Thomas' previous record of 41 dogs. "My technique is I dunk two hot dogs in the water cup and then eat," the 100-pound Thomas said before the competition.

I don't see any way a 100 lb person can eat 41 hot dogs in that amount of time (or even a full day for that matter)  My guess is these people Never ever throw up (which i'm sure would eliminate you from contention), but they  probably just wear adult diapers which protects them from any other natural events that may occur while abusing their digestive systems in such a manner.
