Feds Offer $1M in Killing of Border Agent Brian Terry

Darrell Issa slams Justice Department for timing of the charges

(Newser) – The Justice Department unsealed charges today against five men in the murder of US Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, offering up to $1 million for information leading to arrests, CBS News reports. A sixth suspect has already been jailed and charged, but the others are at large—probably in Mexico. They allegedly engaged Terry and other agents in the lethal gunfight on Dec. 14, 2010, near the Mexico border, using AK-47-type rifles later identified as part of the ATF's Fast and Furious operation.

"I applaud what they're doing, but I condemn the timing," Rep. Darrell Issa told Fox News. "It's very clear that the timing has everything to do with the House of Representatives holding Eric Holder in contempt." It was Issa's House panel that held Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt for not revealing Fast and Furious documents. In a statement, Holder said Terry "made the ultimate sacrifice," and added that "we will stop at nothing to bring those responsible for his murder to justice."

Too funny.  They're going to leave no stone un-turned in the search for those responsible.

Holder said... "we will stop at nothing to bring those responsible for his murder to justice." That is unless of course there happens to be an Executive Priveledge Order involved.... Babies (like Holder) should just keep their mouths shut after being nursed and patted on their backs by their mothers (or their presidents)... what comes out otherwise is disgusting regurgitated matter.
