The anti-gunners are looking at the "wrong end of the barrel". It's the shooters end. Fix the head of the moron (society). You'll have fixed the "gun problem".

How about enforcing the laws already "on the books".  Every time this occurs there were several red flags or violations overlooked by guess who....government employees.  Enforce the laws, do your jobs and get the fuck out of my yard!

Thanks to TheProducer I was reminded of the following: Colorado has requirements for gaining a handgun license that include training by a police weapons tech, or a state approved trainer, a competency test with your registered weapon, and a background check. These same requirements could be implemented for ALL guns and could add some valuable controls that would help, and as a gun owner I wouldn't find something like this objectionable.
