(Newser) – You say "Sikh," Mitt Romney says ... "sheik." The campaigning candidate yesterday lamented the mass shooting inside a Wisconsin Sikh temple, but he mistakenly used the Arab Muslim honorific instead. “We obviously have challenges around the country. I was in Chicago earlier today. We had a moment of silence in honor of the people who lost their lives at that sheik temple,” said Romney, speaking to a group of donors at a West Des Moines country club. A Romney spokesman told ABC News that the candidate “misspoke,” adding that it was the "end of the day," and Mitt had been campaigning since 7am.

Give Mitt a break. Some of his best friends are sheiks.

Give him a break. He meant it was a chic temple.

Here is a shocker for you Mitt: You'll have to be President 24 hours a day. None of this half-day shit.
