(Newser) – Sweden is on the lookout for threats to society—in the form of hardcore sports fans. The government has received the OK from the country's Data Inspection Board to develop a registry of sports hooligans, the Local reports. There's one hoop to jump through, however: The agency first wants the plan clarified, including an explanation of what information will be kept and who will be able to see it. It's important "to evaluate if the interest is proportional to the potential infringement on personal integrity," says a Datainspektionen rep.
