The Wake Forest Demon Deacons put together a strong comeback against the Connecticut Huskies, scoring four times in the second half to secure a 24-10 win. Kenneth Moore took away the MVP honors for the Meineke Car Care Bowl, with his 11 catches adding 112 yards to quarterback Riley Skinner's 268 passing yards, the Daily Campus reports.

The Huskies led with 10 unanswered points at halftime, but the Deacons' defense clamped down and Connecticut "just couldn't get any kind of rhythm," explained their coach. Huskies quarterback Tyler Lorenzen had just 98 yards on 13-of-26 passing and was sacked twice. (More NCAA football stories.)
