(Newser) – Anna Kendrick may be a rising star with a role in the Twilight franchise to boot, but she's not above some good old-fashioned nerdiness. "I happen to be a huge Lord of the Rings fan," she recently revealed, adding that she watches the extended editions, marathon-style, every year. Maybe she could start a club with these fellow female celebrity geeks, rounded up by Celebuzz:

  • Megan Fox: She's another Rings fan, even frequenting message boards on the subject, and she's also into anime and video games like Mortal Kombat and Lego Star Wars.
  • Gwen Stefani: Her Harajuku style is inspired in part by anime characters.

  • Kristen Bell: She's done voices for video games, and she's also attracted to her fellow geeks. Being a geek "means you're not a follower," she once said.
  • Amanda Peet: When it comes to Game of Thrones, she's like a "coke addict," she admits.
  • Rashida Jones: A self-described "born nerd," she preferred reading to drinking in high school—and she was on the math team.

What about "Dexter?"  Look at Dexter's nerdy sister, Debra and  Dex's assistant, Vince?  It's nerd heaven over there at Miami Metro.
