(Newser) – As Brett Cohen says, his life will never be the same—now that he's famous for pretending to be a celebrity. The 21-year-old pranked New Yorkers last month into thinking he was famous, and now that video of it has gone viral, Cohen is appearing on morning shows like Good Morning America and The Today Show. Producers are even contacting him about possible TV projects, and Cohen is interested. "It’s the thrill ride of a lifetime," Cohen tells MerrickPatch. "I really want it to continue."

The video captures Cohen followed by hired paparazzi and a camera crew while a buddy of his asks gawkers what they think, the New York Daily News reports. “Uh, was he Spiderman?” one person asks. "He’s a very good actor." Another New Yorker says he liked Cohen's first single on the radio. "I just took a picture with him, I feel special," he says. The video ends with Cohen walking off by himself, with no entourage or flashing cameras to make him a celebrity.

Brilliant. Shows that people don't even care who it is, they just want to be next to a "celebrity". Any celebrity will do.

This is what romney and lyin ryan are running, a complete con-game on the American people. We know who ran up the deficit, it was drunken little Hitler bush. He took a balanced budget with a surplus and turned it into over a trillion dollar yearly budget shortfall. Shall I also mention two foolish unpaid for attacks on innocent countries. Shall I mention bush's tax cuts for the rich, and incorporations that out sourced ot  all their jobs, close to ten million U.S. jobs lost. G.W. greatest trick was tanking our economy, to depression era levels. The  new gop trend is attacking women's freedoms, sounds a lot like the taliban.
