Carina Victoria Casto, the 3-year-old daughter of San Antonio mayor and keynote speaker Julian Castro, apparently caught a glimpse of herself in camera monitors when her dad introduced her sitting in the audience with her mom—and she couldn't stop flipping her hair and admiring herself on the screen as millions watched, entranced, from home. Pop told a story about how he whispered "que Dios te bendiga"—"may God bless you"—to his only child just weeks ago when she started preschool.
