Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman are divorcing after an impressive 30 years of marriage, but things have been sour for 10 of those years, a source tells Radar. The 5-foot DeVito "may not appear to be a ladies’ man, but Danny certainly gets a lot of female attention," the family friend says. "Danny can be quite the flirt and because of his powerful status in Hollywood, he’s not ashamed to abuse his position and chat-up young, aspiring women looking to make it in the industry."

Perlman used to turn a "blind eye," the source continues, but she's finally had enough of her husband's womanizing ways. But at least one other close friend, Perlman's Cheers co-star John Ratzenberger, apparently did not see this coming. TMZ caught his reaction to the news on video—he claimed he'd had no idea even though he just saw Perlman, and kept repeating, "That's sad." (More Danny DeVito stories.)
