When a security guard at Tom Cruise's Beverly Hills home saw a man climbing the fence last night, he quickly brought him down with a stun gun and then waited for police. When cops arrived, however, they discovered the 41-year-old would-be prowler was actually the actor's neighbor, the AP reports. Not shockingly, the guy was intoxicated. Police think he was mistakenly trying to access Cruise's property; they took him into custody for trespassing.
