(Newser) – The newest entry in the world of reality shows probably isn't what you expected: Glenn Beck is teaming with actor and director Vince Vaughn to create a competition for documentary filmmakers, reports Politico. The Pursuit of Truth will air on Beck's TheBlaze TV sometime next year, with 20 filmmakers competing against each other. Also involved is producer Peter Billingsley, better known to the world as the kid in A Christmas Story.

"What the hell is Vince Vaughn doing with a crazy man?" Beck said on his radio show today. "I know, that's what my friends say. Glenn, what are you doing with the crazy man Vince Vaughn? Yes. It's great, isn't it?" (The Wrap notes that Vaughn is "one of Hollywood's highest profile conservatives.") Beck added a bit on what to expect: "I’d love to see something on the Federal Reserve, the game that’s being played there. I would love to see something on why capitalism is actually a good thing, why it’s not a bad thing.”

I knew there was a reason I loathed the likes of Vince Vaughn. It wasn't his horrible lack of acting talent.  Or his not funny humor. It was his underlying illness I call being a Conservative asshole.  It can lead to open mouth and insert foot disorder.  Jackass unawareness.  Denial for what is truly right. Altogether bad decisions through out ones life. The cure.......sadly for being an over grown cancerous douche bag a cure is a little unlikely.  We will have to settle for both of them some day excepting that they are the problem.  Once we have helped them figure that out, then we can maybe help uncork the tightly wound dick they both have logged up their assholes. Glen and Vince just dont know how to come out of the fucking closet so they will settle for anything that gives them reason to be in the same room.

First step, grasp reality.  If you fail, don't try to film it!
