(Newser) – The second winner of the $587 million Powerball jackpot has claimed his money in Arizona, but his identity is still a secret for now. State lottery officials say the winner—identified as a married, professional man in his 30s who moved to Fountain Hills, Arizona, from Pennsylvania—declined to take part in the official news conference today, reports AP. But he can't stay anonymous under state law, meaning his name will be made public eventually, probably on Monday. He and his wife are taking the cash option of $192 million before taxes, like their fellow winners in Missouri.

All he has to do is wear one of those pairs of fake glasses with the big nose and mustache, and no one will ever know who he is.

The winner is being prudent, getting legal and financial advice and staying anonymous as long as possible while details are being worked out... and, I assume, he's getting a new unlisted phone number and perhaps a new address. So few do this, including the co-winners who just jumped into the publicity feet first, brains last.  Good luck to him staying on the job...  http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/20121207arizona-powerball-winner-claims-half-jackpot-abrk.html?nclick_check=1
