The average person should ingest around 2,000 calories per day ... which is what makes it so incredible that the Cheesecake Factory's Bistro Shrimp Pasta contains 3,120 calories. It's the top "winner" of this year's Xtreme Eating Awards, which highlight the highest-calorie meals you can order while eating out. All of the entrees on the list clock in between 1,700 and the aforementioned 3,120 calories, USA Today reports. A few highlights, plus comments from nutritionists:

  • Crispy Chicken Costoletta with mashed potatoes and asparagus, Cheesecake Factory: 2,610 calories. "It's like eating an entire KFC 12-piece Original Recipe bucket, except the KFC chicken has less saturated fat."

  • Country Fried Steak and Eggs combo with gravy, potatoes, and pancakes, IHOP: 1,760 calories. "Think of it as five McDonald's Egg McMuffins sprinkled with 10 packets of sugar."
  • Baby Back Ribs, full rack with BBQ sauce, Chili's: 2,330 calories, plus a "stunning four-day supply" of sodium.
  • Chocolate Zuccotto Cake, Maggiano's Little Italy: Weighing in at just about one pound, are you really surprised one slice has 1,820 calories?
