The last laugh is on the judge since thirty days in the slammer will wipe that smirk off the girls face.

To those of you who are crying "free speech": Ms. Soto exercised her right to free speech admirably, and paid a dear price for it. Freedom of speech does not equal freedom from the consequences of how one chooses to exercise that freedom. This judge asked questions typical of an arraignment hearing--questions directed at setting an appropriate bond amount and whether the accused qualifies to be represented by the public defender. Both of these hinge on net worth. If you want a fair bond, don't disrespect the person responsible for setting it. It's common sense.

Well obviously shes on acid, theres only one drug that makes you like that, and second - every judge i've ever met needed a good finger thrown at them, hats off to this girl
