Well-Mannered Kids Earn a Restaurant Discount

Receipt becomes an Internet hit

(Newser) – Another restaurant receipt has gone viral, but this one has a happier story behind it than the last one. The King family of Washington state went out for pizza and discovered to their surprise that the restaurant gave them a $4 discount on the receipt for "well behaved kids." (They have three, ages 2, 3, and 8.) A friend posted the receipt to Reddit, and it quickly became an Internet hit, reports Today.com. Sogno di Vino's owner says he often gives free dessert to families with non-bratty kids, as he did with the Kings, but this is the first time he typed it out on a bill. One of mom's tips: No eating out if the youngest kids haven't napped.

One of the worst places to eat on certain days (even if you overlook the quality of the food) is Cicis.  I went there with my daughter on a Sunday about 10 years ago and there were kids all over the place filling their plates with 20 pieces or more of pizza.  There was the equivalent of 15 or more pizzas on the floor from their dropping pieces.  The place was a total pigsty.  I told my daughter if she ever wanted to go to Cicis again we'd go on any day but Saturday or Sunday.

The unruly kids and their stupid parents should be sat outside, so they can act like the selfish idiots that they are :D
