(Newser) – As police continue to search for Christopher Dorner, the ex-LAPD officer accused of killing three people, the Los Angeles Times takes a look at why Dorner was fired in 2009. The department is also reopening the investigation. Dorner was working with training officer Teresa Evans in 2007; she said he was having trouble readjusting to police work after being deployed overseas for 13 months, and she frequently evaluated him as "satisfactory" but needing improvement. He got "upset" after she warned him she would mark him "unsatisfactory" if he didn't improve, she later recalled. On July 28, 2007, Dorner and Evans responded to reports of a mentally ill man creating a disturbance at a San Pedro hotel. Almost two weeks later, a teary Dorner reported that Evans had kicked the man twice in the chest and once in the face and had asked him not to include it on the arrest report.

An internal affairs investigation concluded Evans never kicked the man, and Dorner was charged with making false accusations. He reported the kicks a day after Evans said, in one of her evaluations, that he needed to improve in three areas. But Dorner testified that the only reason he waited to report the incident was fear of retaliation; he had already filed other complaints against fellow officers. Ultimately, Dorner was fired by a disciplinary panel. When he filed an appeal, a Superior Court judge expressed some doubt with the panel's ruling, writing that he was "uncertain whether the training officer kicked the suspect" but upholding the decision to fire Dorner. Dorner's manifesto centers around his complaints with the LAPD and claims of being unjustly fired. In a separate story, the Times profiles Dorner's first two alleged victims: Monica Quan, daughter of the attorney who represented Dorner, and her fiance Keith Lawrence, whom she met while playing basketball at Concordia University.

Lets speak about those comments made; As two those whom would dare put out there opinions about liberals. This is both in reference to whistle blowers. Nationally an Dorner the LApd officer whom was fired. Lets start with the Facts; we all assume are true .One Dorner filed a complaint referring to his partner abusing someone in there custody 'kick him" Two Dorner was fired as claimed by the LAPD. for making False charges. We all understand how politics and the Thin blue line merge together to silence anyone who would dare speak up against a liberal politician or fellow police officer. Even if the crimes they committed were so very ethically or legally wrong. all we have to do is look at the national progressive lead democratic party. Watch how they circle the wagons in a wall of out right lies an denials. Then comes the justifications for the wrongful actions on behalf of their partners in crime . Dare anyone to step over the line an speak out against there criminal acts. Then they bring in the most corrupt U.S. attorney general sense Janet Reno! " Erik Holder " He will prosecute the whistle blowers or just transferee them over seas to keep them silenced. This is not about conspiracy theories It is about insurmountable evidence. which only true hypocrites could try an denies . Lets look at how hypocritical the Left real is ( Water Boarding Three Know terrorist Factually proven an captured on the battlefield) ( George Bush Administration ) The screaming about Civil rights violations from the Left was deafening. Now 4 years later the sound of Silence is deafening; coming from those same scumbags as to the OTHIEFDom Obullshit Obama an his murdering administration killing us citizens with drone strikes an absolutely zero evidence that they are or were terrorist or connected to terrorism in any way. So all you hypocrites where are you all now the your scumbag guy is killing innocent until proven guilty Citizens. Hey when those drones are turned on you. Will you expect us to speak up for You. One more thing to add to this It has long been time for the Entire Patriot act to be repealed. This government is way out of control if you think not then you are so very un informed .

A sane guy who thinks the systems sucks writes a book and goes on Leno. A crazy guy kills a few cops and goes on the lam, while publishing a manifesto on the internet.
