(Newser) – DeMarcus Nelson's 20 points led the Duke Blue Devils to a landslide victory over Virginia yesterday, AP reports. Duke never trailed en route to an 87-65 final score, and their double-digit lead was in place before halftime. The usually sharp-shooting Cavaliers managed four three-pointers on 14 shots, while Duke's perimeter shooters drained 11 threes.

Gerald Henderson added 18 points for the Blue Devils, and Kyle Singler had 13 points and six boards. Sean Singletary led the scoring for Virginia with 18. As Duke's record improved to 13-1, the Cavaliers ended their four-game streak of wins over ranked opponents.
