(Newser) – Casey Anthony is ... still a brunette. Anthony, who has steered clear of the public eye since being released from prison in 2011, surfaced today to appear in court in Tampa as part of her bankruptcy proceedings, Tampa Bay Online reports. It describes her as carrying a wide-brimmed black hat, wearing sunglasses and black heels, and seeming "flustered and hurried." She was protectively led into court by one of the attorneys from her former defense team, and ignored the questions that rang out as she passed. Radar notes that a WFTV reporter in particular kept yelling, "Did you get away with murder?"

Last week, a judge ruled to keep the case in Tampa, though Zenaida Gonzalez, who is suing Anthony for defamation, wanted the case transferred to Orlando. Gonzalez's lawyers say Anthony wants the case in Tampa in order to avoid media scrutiny, but Anthony's bankruptcy attorney says she's just not safe in Orlando. In her Chapter 7 filing, she listed $1,100 in assets and $792,000 in debts.

Not too familiar with the Bankruptcy laws and have no desire to research.  ok.   What CA needs to do is find employment to support herself and begin paying her debts, since she beat a murder conviction and she has no child to support any longer.  CA and her lieyers are only trying to Bankrupt her to avoid paying any forthcoming Money Judgment in the pending meritorious Defamation civil action filed against her by Morgan & Morgan, the attorneys for Ms. Zenaida Gonzalez, mother of 6 children, the alleged babysitter who allegedly kidnapped and murdered little Caylee. It seems that if this psychotic child-abuser baby killer liar & thief cannot find employment in Tampa, FL or Orlando, FL, then CA can always advertise on Craigslists and sell some of dat, among other things. ~~ Rest In Peace Caylee Anthony ~~
