(Newser) – Painful proof Dennis Rodman's love of Kim Jong Un is for real: The former NBA great reportedly spent three hours praising the North Korean dictator—and the manifesto Dear Leader has apparently penned—at an NYC hotel bar on Sunday. "He kept saying what a nice guy Kim is, and how Kim just wants to talk to President Obama about basketball," a witness tells the New York Post. "He was waving around a signed copy of the dictator’s huge manifesto, telling everyone they should read it."

"Dennis was making a total jerk of himself," the source continues. "He wouldn’t leave, and he wouldn’t let anyone talk to him about shutting up, or what an oppressive country North Korea is." Another source dished on more typical Rodman-style bad behavior at the Time Hotel, where he's apparently a regular: "He is loud and does weird stuff. Like, he’ll come down to the front desk in his bathrobe in the middle of the night and make demands that people have to run to the store for him. He’s belligerent about it."

...and so, it begins. Let me see if I've got my facts right here...US and NKorea are not buddies. US says NKorea bad - does bad things while the last 2 US Presidents have sent BILLIONS of dollars over there. Rodman, crazy is as crazy does, goes there and scores a publicity coup for NKorea and himself (and who would have thought he would be front page news for a week again?). Now the press is all about reminding us of the erratic nature of Rodmans personal life...and none of it good. So, who's surprised the press is dissing Rodman after he makes NKorea look good?

At first I thought the picture with the article was a reverse negative. He's got bigger lips than Mick. I wonder how many North or South Korean (slave) hookers, Kim Pimp Un supplied him with. I would imagine Jesse is pissed that he missed this photo op. Why would anyone consider Rodman OR Jesse a spokesman for our country. Maybe Rodman can move there and coach basketball and Jesse could go along as spiritual advisor. Just a silly wish.
