(Newser) – Lately, the cruise industry has had it rough. Really, really, really rough. The hits kept on coming today, as a Royal Caribbean ship returned to port in the Everglades bearing a lot of angry passengers thanks to yet another norovirus outbreak—the second such incident in as many weeks, CBS 4 Miami reports. Royal Caribbean said that 105 guests and three crewmembers came down with the virus, WPTV reports, but passengers said that more than 200 had been quarantined because of the outbreak.

The captain announced the outbreak soon after the Vision of the Sea departed on its 11-day voyage. "It's been a hell of an experience," said one diarrhea-stricken passenger. "We saw them wiping down all the railings. I mean they’ve done well at trying to contain it, but it’s just gone wild." Royal Caribbean released a statement saying it had "high health standards," and pointing out that it had quizzed passengers on their health before departing. The Vision of the Sea will begin a new 11-day cruise later today, the Sun Sentinel reports.
