(Newser) – The two brothers suspected of bombing the Boston Marathon appear to have been motivated by their religious faith but do not seem connected to any Muslim terrorist groups, US officials said today after interrogating the severely wounded Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Two US officials said preliminary evidence from an interrogation suggests Dzhokhar and brother Tamerlan were motivated by religion but were apparently not tied to any Islamic terrorist organizations. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to publicly discuss the investigation.

Yeah, "driven by religion". Which is why they loved partying and drinking and drugs and girls and gangsta rap. Real religious type. Who do they think they're fooling? Oh, apparently most of you.

"The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to publicly discuss the investigation." I've had enough speculation on this story. I'll wait untill someone authorized makes a statement.
