(Newser) – Hedo Turkoglu scored 20 points, including nine in the fourth period as the Orlando Magic held on the beat the Portland Trail Blazers 101-94 Saturday, reports the Orlando Sentinel. The Magic lost most of a 21-point lead in the second period, but the young Blazers couldn't get closer than four points.

Magic fans had seen this before as Orlando blew a 19-point, third-period lead in losing to the Charlotte Bobcats Wednesday. Turkoglu wouldn't let that happen Saturday, however, as he broke out of a slump by hitting 9 of 16 shots, grabbing 7 rebounds and 5 assists. The Blazers were led by Brandon Roy's 25 points.
