The plastic surgeon who operated on the mother of rapper Kanye West days before her Nov. 10 death told CNN's Larry King yesterday that his Los Angeles-area practice has been "almost destroyed" by bad publicity following the tragedy. But Dr. Jan Adams, former host of the TV series Plastic Surgery: Before and After said he will continue practicing.

No stranger to the spotlight, Adams walked out of an interview with King in November, saying the West family asked him not to speak publicly about the case. A coroner's report cited heart disease and surgical complications as possible causes of death for Donda West, 58. "The autopsy said what I expected," said Adams, though he didn't go into specifics.
