(Newser) – The masseuse who found actor Heath Ledger's body in his Soho loft used a speed-dial on his cell phone to call gal-pal actress Mary-Kate Olsen in California—twice—before calling 911, reports the New York Daily News. In the second call, the panicky masseuse told Olsen: "I think he might be dead. I'm calling 911!"  Olsen had already dispatched bodyguards to the apartment and they arrived at the same time as police.

"She knows when something goes bad, you call 'insiders' first to see how to handle things," a source said of the masseuse. A housekeeper told police she heard Ledger snoring a short time before his body was discovered. Authorities said that six different kinds of prescription drugs, including anti-depressants and sleeping pills, were found in the actor's apartment, AP reports.

Police say that when his masseuse discovered Heath Ledger apparently unconscious, she picked up his phone and called his friend Mary-Kate Olsen. She soon after realized he might be dead and called back Olsen to say she was calling 911.
